This statements covers the storage of data in connection with the delivery of online modules and the Moodle implementation of EU Speak at (the site). Your submission of this application form is consent to the storage and sharing of your personal data as detailed below. You have the right to request that we remove any of your personal data at any time.

We value your privacy and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We do not share or distribute your personal information (including email address) to any third party, but it may be accessible to administrators of the site and infrastructure, and where appropriate to partner institutions of the EU Speak project and Erasmus+ and/or their agent, and additionally to other registered users of the site from the content of your public profile. We may be required to share stored personal information by law.

All information that you disclose in your public profile, in forum posts, comments, or other public portions of moodle site becomes public information. IP addresses, URLs visited, and related information is recorded for all site visitors for the purpose of site traffic analytics and captured as part of normal operation in our server logs. Cookies are used to track logins, sessions, and collect anonymous traffic data.

If you use your Google account to authenticate yourself with this site and to access file external respositories such as Google drive, then your Google account data will be shared with Google services to allow for this functionality.

To participate in our modules you can be waged or volunteering, qualified or in training. But it is important that you have experience in working with LESLLA learners or expect to work with them in the future. More information about LESLLA learners can be found on our website or on


  • We aim to acknowledge applications within 72 hours of submission.
  • We will be sending our module welcome email out to applicants from Thursday 15th February. If you do not receive it please check your spam box. In a few instances our emails are ending up there!
  • Use of Google Chrome could optimise the Moodle platform/Storyline performance on your computer but it is not essential. However, if you do have problems accessing the module we suggest that you use Google Chrome.
